I plan to do this myself once I've finished a course on how to learn blender and its programming... So can I just ask you how long it took you to get to this stage?
Oh and can I just say, the model you've got here looks great! XD

Last rig I made has 5 mesh deform cages, 82 bone shapes, 16 shape keys, 50 drivers, 950 lines of python script creating 3 custom panels; 2 to control the character with and one with 3 tools, 176 control bones and 449 bones in total. I have used up like... A month to set that up. XD Mostly experimenting with python. It's a HUGE timesaver sometimes, gives more time to other things.
Anyway, this gives a lot of easy to use fine control over the character but is a lot of work.
rigging is so challenging every time
